March 2019: Kelly Sears has been engaged by Corporations Canada (a Special Operating Agency within Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada) to conduct an organizational capacity assessment. Corporations Canada is Canada’s federal corporate regulator. The consulting team will use Kelly Sears’ organizational capacity assessment tools (available in the Resource Center of this website) to assess the ability of Corporations Canada to deliver on its mandate and to advance its strategic priorities. This project will be completed in April 2019.
