October 2021 – Kelly Sears is supporting the Evaluation Services Directorate with the Evaluation of the Building Communities Through Arts and Heritage Program (BCAH). This program provides funding to non-profit community organizations, Indigenous governments and municipal governments to support them in planning and organizing events and projects that engage citizens through performing and visual arts, as well as through the expression, celebration and preservation of local heritage. Kelly Sears will be assisting with the conduct of key informant interviews, a documents review and the review of administrative and performance data. The evaluation is scheduled to be completed in March 2022.
