Kelly Sears has been engaged by the Audit and Evaluation Branch at Natural Resources Canada to conduct a Neutral Assessment of the evaluation function, a requirement of the Treasury Board Policy for Results (2016). The assessment will involve a review of past evaluation reports and interviews with senior management and a selection of program managers. The final report will be published on the NRCan website. Kelly Sears has conducted several neutral assessments across the federal government over the past few years.
